Alright well, money has been stress-fully tight lately and it's really straining me. I really want to start working on my MCSS again and every time i set money aside something comes up.

So aside from my MCSS I've also got another car, a 1973 Camaro LT split bumper 4 spd (muncie M22) SBC 350 ( 2 bolt main).
The body work on the car is mostly done, it's in primer. The last thing i had done was have the subframe powder coated. The engine and trans are out of it, front end is still apart. I'm thinking about selling my camaro so i can start working on my MCSS again, how much should i ask for my camaro?

Ebay is no help at all, there weren't a whole lot of 73's made and there's almost never many of them on ebay, and when there is they've already been restored. 16k and change is the production numbers that year.

money is tight for alot of people, it's a buyer's market. I never make an offer without knowing how much they are looking for but if they insist I'll offer $5..

lol, i'm not trying to sell it on here obviously, i just want to know what a car like this, in the condition i described would be worth. I've managed to hold on to this car since i was 16, i'm 23 now.

listen, you have to start writing what I think I'm reading....

I don't know how I thought you were thinking of buying it...with a 4 speed and if the body is solid maybe 4 or 5k. They are fun cars with a stick so it would be a good project car

LOL bare with me man, for some reason i horribly articulate my thoughts with a keyboard. I'm a great speaker but when it comes to typing things out i get my words mixed up, so it's probably my fault.

Yeah i hae a 4k price in mind, i'm starting on putting the car back together. Pains me to sell it but i need capitol for other projects. some people would call me crazy for selling a 73 Camaro to build an 88 Monte carlo SS. To his, his own!

It is not your fault, I read it again after your second post and reread my post, then I applied to have my named changed 😳

I don't think it's crazy for selling the 73 unless you don't mind growing a mullet and chopping it off each time you drive the SS. Actually I like the 73 camaro with the split bumper but if money is the issue then you got to make a choice. The front end of the 73 camaro was on my mind when I did the alteration on my front bumper
