go to V8Buick.com website and go to forums, find Regals with Big Block Buicks, and ask there.
My way was first to mount the pads and frame stands (both from a A-body Skylark for a 455 Buick..T/A Performance set me us with those) to the engine, there are 4 holes on either side of the motor, use the second and last holes.
The best way to help locate the engine , (and if already equipped with a Buick V6 that way the trans has the needed B.O.P bolt pattern on the bellhousing helps even more) is to mount the current transmisson, that came with the car to the engine (even tho the trans may be bad or useless its being used for location and positioning only), then lower and place the combo into the car and mount to the exsiting trans crossmember(again temporarliy).
When using this method the correct location of were the engine centerline will be automaticly there, when eng is lowered adjust side to side as need till happy, then.... sounds crazy.... spray white or silver paint on the engine stands, remove engine with the stands and pads still mounted, and TADA.. you have a negative foot print of where the holes need to be drilled, by doing this you keep the engine lower in the car and the crank centerline correct to trans and the correct angle needed for the driveshaft.
If you do have the V6 Buick all the accesory brakets can be used just needed to slot them accordingly, and the donor car if you had one can donate the power steering pump, just swap the fitting on the back from sae to metric so the lines from the steering gear box can be reused.
As for the cooling a Olds 350 Diesel 3 row radiator can be used, with a stock fan, may have fab or make your own fan shroud, or athe popular f8bodyradiator swap using the dodge Stratus dual fans.
if you have any more questions ask away.. Hope this Helps
