Not overly hard. Swap ECM & harness from the existing to the TPI unit. You will need to run a return line to the tank & put an intank pump in it.

awesome and to get that in tank pump would i just use one from a grand national since it was fuel injected? or a tpi car

The later Monte Carlos used a TBI 4.3. You could use that tank also and just swap in a TPI/LT1 pump on the TBI hanger/sending unit.
