bourbon, what do you get for one of those manifolds? do you think 1 pump is enough? i started with one 450 and it wasnt cutting it for me.... maybe i am switch happy or something?? i added a 380 and now i am thinking i may sell the both of them and buy i pair of 480 pumps, have you used them before? i wanted to get some zenith airs but i have heard a ton of complaints about them and i would rather have a slower dependable compressor rather then one that i may have issues with. also, you are using relays? i kept burining them up so i switch to one of those big car audio relays that i had laying around and the thing never gave me issues. im asking because i am getting ready to start putting the car back together and i pretty well gutted everything when we lifted the body off the frame so i am starting fresh again.

the manifold retails for 499 i can do 419 shipped to your door.

one compressor will be fine for his situation, but i chose the 8 port tank so he can add a 2nd one easily. for playing you will want multiple compressors or driveline, and more than a 5 gal tank too. i am running 2 480's and a 5 gal, i dont play with it at all though. i used to run 2 5's, but then i was more interested in playing with it, i only have 2 switches now too. if you are going to run alot of air reserve i would go with 2 550's instead of the smaller viairs, the 550's will fill alot quicker. we have had ALOT of problems with the air zenith's. i use an 80 amp pac relay, and thats what i sell with the kits, a standard 30/40 amp spdt relay will melt down even though they come with alot of compressors on the market.

you are gonna save $200 by doing that but i done recommend it for 2 reasons, if you want to do a manifold setup later to keep everything cleaner you will be throwning out the money you spent on the 4 valves, extra t's and fittings since you wont be able to use them with the valve setup, and secondly it will ride like *ss, it will be like a boat.

you can pay by paypal if you have it to [email protected] if not pm me and i will get you info for paying by credit card.

thanks

in oder to do all 4 you need 8 vlaves. i should have said make each corner inependent so there is 2 valves each. sorry

i plained on doing all 4 corners just debate between 4 valve and 8 valve

you need 8 valves to do all 4 corners, meaning each of the 4 bags seperate from each other. other wise 2 bags will share a valve. whats happens then is when you turn and you have body roll, it will push the air from the low side to the high side and create more roll.

ya i was told all about that thats why i was gonna do the 8 valve kit

so if i go 8 will that get ride of the body roll and no need to worry about sway bar up grades

craig

still have not heard any thign about air bags and sway bars???
do i still need them or do they go bye bye
mines junk right so just looking into buying another but why bother if i dont use them
