The plastic "loop" plate riveted to the driver's side window that the rear indexing pin uses to keep the window from flopping is broken.

Anybody have any good ideas on where to track one down?

Trying to get my son's car ready for him to take to college before he gets home from basic training (August 1st)

Replaced the roof rail seals today, doing the door seals this weekend. Still have the LH door stripped after trying to align the window and found the busted plate. Knew the window was moving too much, wasn't sure why until today...

Thanks for the help.

If a 4 door piece will work, there is a bunch of 4 door gbodies in a junk yard by me. If you cant find one, let me know and I will take a look.

Thanks for the offer.

Picked up a used one at a local auto glass shop (he said it was off a Camaro). Was only marginally better than the one on the window BUT it did have a number molded into it that ended up being a genuine GM part number.

20151689

Need to pick it up tomorrow at the dealer, was $10.35.

"dealing" with the dealer parts dept was only semi-painful.
