That looks like a stock G body housing LCA bracket. You mentioned it has a 9"? What do the upper ears look like?

Seeing the LCA points lowered is a sign the previous owner had at least an initial thought to set the car up for radials.

Thats what I used on my lowers. I used the merillat upper torque box also. The adjustability is key to get power down. Spend the money 1 time on good stuff unlike myself that has tried not to spend a ton on suspension and other stuff and ended up spending a fortune do it over and over. My car was supposed to be a sunday cruiser and got out of hand.
