The easiest swap is the Buick 350.
It will drop right in place of the 3.8 and everything from the front of the motor will bolt right up.
Unless you're headed to the drag strip, the stock 7.5" rear will be fine, but some gears are a must, since it probably has 2.41's or worse in it now. A set of 3.23's and it'll feel like a different car.
