don't know that you got the bad end of the deal, depending on what you paid. body looks straight. if the interior is in decent shape, whether it matches the pimp paint job on the outside and the body is solid, then I'd say you got a good deal. your mechanical and electrical issues are nothing compared to rust.

Welcome to the GBodyForum!
Your car looks pretty solid from the pictures. Grand Prix's are getting harder to find. You already have a car as nice as the ones on this forum. All our cars need a little TLC. After all, the youngest car on here is 34 years old and the oldest is 44. You've already done step 1. Get a Gbody. Step 2. Make it yours and enjoy it!

thanks everybody, i aploigize for replying late,i got married yesterday so the last they days have been crazy. as of rite now i just want to get her runing and driving again. i would like to just change the manifold,, and just tighten up what i already got. not trying to make a 7 second car, just a cool cruiser would be ice. it dose have a little rust i i the usual places, 1 door latch dont close rite so the door is always cracked. also the door and door frame got welds and rust. i will post interior pics when i get it back together. its come bacc, i had dash removed fixing all the electrical gremlins i could. hopefully i can get all my guages working or at least gas and spedo. spedo works but no lights ,all the other guages lights work but the guages dot read anything. the weeding took alot out of my poccet ,so my pace is going to be a little slower for a while. i got alot of work done ,and removed about 17 feet of unnecessary wire under the dash. years of cheap flea market installs and shade tree mechanics had a maze of crazy wires you wouldnt believe(or actually yall would because i did alot of searchig on here to identify unknown wires under the dash and i seen this is a issue with most molested g bodys this age) plus its been freezing here so i havnt got much work dne the last few days.one day it will be complete again and i will have a smile on my face once again.it has some cheap flea market screens in the visors 1 15 in the trunk (1 working 1 blown) cheap flea market amp.the poor car has alot of potental, just need to work out some issues. its hard to cuz i dont have much tools(most are in storage) we are in between moves.also im doing everything my self, i am far from a mechanic,so reading o here, and things i picced up along the way are the extent of my knowledge.it will get better tho i know it.thanks for everyone again who has been helping me, and shout out to my fellow texans(no disrespect to g bodies i other states yall are my motivation as well)

went ahead and snapped a few interior pics for u guys so u can see the current status, believe it or not i have put hours ito the iterior already. it had 0 working interior lights, so i guess im goig i the rite direction. iterior is not horrible, and its complete(still trying to get the guages to light up thats why they are not installed rite now.not going to lie i love the grand prix/bonivele guage pacc. just got to get them lit up and installed(i think im going to have to buy the plastic board replacements)
