Okay I am picking it up today I found it on CL, it is a 79 with a V8-305 power windows, locks, tilt, runs really good, any place I can pick up the rear tailgate/windows lock mechanism with the little butterflies on the side?

New guy, you're going to have to show us pics of your wagon. It's required on this site.... :lol: j/k of course.
As for the rear tailgate lock. Go to your local auto parts store(Advance, Autozone, etc.) and get a tailgate lock assembly for a 1st generation S-10 Blazer.
They're not chrome like the original, they're black instead, but it will get you back in business.

Okay guys THANK YOU for a your advice and suggestions I have FINALLY picked up a wagon!!!!!! The trasn is slipping a bit but I was not to worried about that, I paid $600 for it so now I finally got one!! iT RUNS AND IT HAS THE 305 manual windows take a look

So what are your plans for it?
It does look pretty clean. How's it as far as rust is concerned?...you know that ugly "R" word.

The drivers side floor board has a small hole in it, and also the drivers side rear lower quarter panel has bondo I would like top replace it but I can deal with it for now while I get everything else done to it that I want.

My plans are to install an LS1 and tremec trans, 3.73 posi, 4 wheel disc brakes, add power windows to the front shave the door handles and the hatch pop, install roll pans in the front and rear, put buckets in it, later on will install an air ride suspension.

I am debating if I want to change the front clip to like an IROC or dual headlights I will see but I will include photo progress!!
