New guy, VERY messed up wiring

The previous owners of my Regal did a lot of ghetto-rigged modifications to the stereo compartment in my car. I can access the wiring easily enough; I have no idea how to hook it up though. I currently own a Pioneer DEH-1900MP head unit, if that helps. Any assistance in which wires go to what, and how to hook them up would be greatly appreciated.

They have the installation manual, and operation manual.

If you check the forums, you should find a color code for the car side of the wireing.
1 small thing, there are 2 grey wires that go to the radio, 1 for a speaker, and 1 for the lights (turns on with the dash lights). So make sure you test them with a test light or volt meter.
