I'm 18 fixing to start diesel school plan on making a career out of semi work

I bought a 408 from my buddy 2 years ago has around 1000 miles on it
1975 2 Bolt 400 SBC .40 over
Edelbrock Performer Intake
.125 Dome Pistons
69 350 Heads, Ported, Drilled, Etc
Higher Flow Oil Pump
292H Crane Fireball Cam (Not sure that's what i was told)

Jegs 2700 Stall
THM-350 Trans Fully Built

275/60/15 Back Tires

Got my 1978 Cutlass last March, has 66,800 Miles and a newer Front end
Factory Aluminum Hood

Random things i could think of about the car, i am on pain meds so please excuse the random facts
I have had kidney stones the past couple of days unfortunately... Hope to feel better in the next couple days though and finally get this beast on the road.

A Few questions/Concerns i have that i need any/all info on are...
Rear End (strength, upgrades, swap a 8.5?, what should i do)
Suspension yes the car is like a boat on the lake lol needs springs pretty bad
Rear Frame Rust - will take pics tomorrow
