There is a lever on the seat belt retractor, wiggle it around with a screwdriver, pull and release the belt see if the belt will roll back up
Hello
OK got it. Can this be done from the door jamb or must the rear seat and side covers be removed? I imagine they will need removed once I get the part to replace the broken piece on the door jamb. Thank you

If you removed the broken part you may be able you slide a flathead in the hole and catch the lever it would be easier to remove the rear panels though

Just pop out the rear seat bottom remove the B pillar trim then remove the 2 screws holding in the lower panel you do not need to remove the top half of the rear seat just push it back a little and you will see the screw

Thats it super easy

Hello
Looks easy enough. Will take it apart and see if I can get the belt working. Leave it apart then until my part arrives for the door jamb. I imagine it will be easier being able to see where it rests on the retractor with it open.
Thanks again
