Depends on what your preferred style is. They make custom wheels of all sizes. Throwing out a "what would you do?" opinion-seeking question will get you 400 different answers.

They come with center caps and lug nuts, although they're the old SAE lug size. For metric lugs, like a stock G-body 82-up, you would need to buy some metric 12mm lugnuts, obviously.
