So I just picked up my first Cutlass, a black 81 with t-tops. It's already got a 305 in it, but I plan on swapping in a SBC (let the hating begin) built for about 350hp and a 100 shot of nitrous. What transmission would the car have in it now? Would it hold that kind of power or what should I look into getting? How about the rear end? Also, I plan on making this thing handle reasonably well, but am having a hard time find many options. What is the point of diminishing return on lowering these cars? How can I get it to that point?
