In the front? I'm not seeing one... If it helps, I have the rally gauges in the car.

The screw should be holding the clip on the backside of the speedo. I have only pulled one Cuttlass apart, and it did not have rally gauges, but i figure they would all be this way. pull the cluster out as far as posible and look in there with a light. it is a very small screw holding the cable.
