No headlights or dash lights 84 cutlass supreme

i have a problem where i have no headlights, dash lights, or stereo display. the 12v cigarette outlet also wont work. the cabin lights DO work, blinker lights DO work and reverse lights DO work but the others don't. anyone have any ideas?
1984 cutlass supreme brougham, already checked all fuses. checked wires in the 12v socket and stereo. just out of ideas, short of checking all bulbs will do tomorrow just want other ideas

already thought that, and replaced it. no luck any other ideas?

in the wiring diagram it says there is a fuse-able link going to the headlight switch, where about is that link if anyone knows?

Thats what we're wondering , but we want to know if anyone knows ever where the fuse able link for that switch

get out your circuit tester and start chacking

getting back to this, turns out there was a wire that had burned out in the dash cutting power do the switch and other electrical components.
