Both are hot to the touch

this is probably your problem......

That sounds like the blend door.

Could be a weak water pump or a slipping belt.

Both are fairly new no other issues that those 2 things could cause. Everything else is perfect just no heat

Drop the glove box and look up. You'll see the arm that attaches to the hot/cold cable.

So im not getting vacuum when heater is on but i get vacuum when ac is on

Floor, Vent, Defrost is vacuum operated.

Are you not getting heat to the floor or not getting heat at all?

Im not getting heat at all and just air blowing at the floor not from vents

So i just pushed this lever im and hot air just start blowing only from the floor

Hope you figure it out. Way back in the day before I had some knowledge I had a 82 grand prix with no heat. Didn't really bother me I would just dress warm, drove it like that for about 3 years. Never will I ever do that again lol heat is a must now.

If you got hot air going to the heater core, its all in the control panel, now. time to bust out the 9/32" socket.

Pull the control panel away from the dash and look behind it.

Make sure the temperature cable is working. Make sure the vacuum rotary switch isn't leaking vacuum.
