No Room For A 275/60R15 On 83 Regal

If you have a standard width rear end and 15x8 wheels with 3.5 backspacing you would be all set.....

I thought the proper B.S. on a 15x8 was 4 inches? That seems to be the common B.S. listed in alot of the threads on wheels.

...the only difference between a 60 and a 50 series is that the 50 is a shorter tire why would they not fit?

x2 it's just shorter and if anything maybe a little narrower right? did you mean 70s?

because the 50 series is shorter, when mounted on a 8inch rim, the sidewalls buldge farther out... A 60 series tire buldges less because of the taller sidewalls.
