not sure where to put this, anyway my sons 1990 ford f150 has a problem. he replaced the battery the other day not sure if he hooked it up wrong i wasnt at home when he did it, well it fried the solenoid on the fire wall. he install a new battery and solenoid it will turn over but wont fire, removed the spark plug wire and tried to see if there spark and there is none, so we made sure there is spark going to the coil and there is so he got a new coil and there is spark going to it but nothing coming out. any ideas ?

tested the power to the coil and getting 12 volts. ran another test on the module and according to the test the test light is supposed to flash off and on when the engine is cranked but the light stays on and wont flash, so i am thinking the module is bad. just dont want to spend cash dont need to.

Is the fuel pump turning on? The reason I ask is over by the battery and the solenoid is a bundle of fuseible links that control power feed to the ECU and Fuel pump relays. If no power to those relays it will never start.
