Jacksonville was hit hard by the hurricane, it was probably one that was knocked down. If they had that much "determination" it would have been better spent on helping others and not stealing.
Yep.

Hey Guys,
Last calm before our storm surge of claims. Everybody working a lot of extra hours as this is what we do. Lots of impatient people tying up phones expecting miracles. I get.. the most important thing in their lives is damage to the house. The more you call in the more you take up our time preventing us from adjusting claims. I can promise you there is someone worse off. Make sure you get a claim number and KEEP it with you. This was an epic storm that will change a lot of things and the insurance companies are pulling people from all of the US. Need a career??? Get into adjusting property claims. Huge shortage.
Protect your property from further damage. Get your roof tarped. Dry out the interior. Keep all receipts. Take pictures. Get some estimates for repairs from referrals from your circle of friends. BEWARE OF WHAT YOU SIGN, Your policy is a contract. Lots of different policies with different coverages.
Good luck to all that are affected as I am reviewing some ugly stuff.
