It was a 48 Ford, The 61 was a 409 car at one time but now has a 454, The 62 has 409 on the fender but had a 350 under the hood, and the 80 El Camino was for sale for 1,500 or Best . The 86 silver El Camino with the Olds dash was for sale for 15,000. 😎 Longroof79 didn't I see you are into mini bikes? I just sold a Fat Cat and a 56 Cushman Eagle that I restored.
Mich,
I have a few bikes, but they're not vintage like a Cushman, Fat Cat, or something of that nature. I'd love to see some pics of them even though you no longer own them.

The '80 El Camino for $1500. didn't look all that bad. But again, you have to look it over in person.

Btw, where was this event held?

I don't have any pictures of the bikes with me but I'll send you some later. The 80 was pretty rust free, lots of chips and scratches. 😎

Now that the NSRA takes Pre 1989 cars, I may have to go to an event. My uncle in Wyoming was always a "street rod" guy and back before the LS1 changed everything, Turbo Buicks were always the scourge of the "street rod guy".

Street rodders looked down on "stock restored" muscle car guys because the nice ones had to be trailered everywhere (and even the not so nice ones sucked to drive long distances), so you'd be at a car show and the Street Rod guys would be blah blah blahing about "actually driving" their "500 HP" cars, but when you'd ask them what they "ran in the 1/4", street rod guys would usually change the subject.

Turbo Buicks DON'T suck to drive long distances and can still lay down a pretty quick 1/4 mile time at sea level or in the mountains.

Also run across this 79 GP at a car lot for $5,000.oo or best . Its a 305 auto. 😎

No sweat. Whenever you think of it. It's not urgent, but I wouldn't mind seeing what they look like.
That Elky would make a cool daily driver. I'd consider that for myself. Like I need another car.

That's a nice GP. It's just a bit too red.

I used to think there was a thing as "too red", then I saw a '70 Hemicuda with the red rubber bumper/red shaker and red interior and I realized I was wrong.

Our '68 AMX was a non go pack automatic, but always won a trophy because it was solid red with a red interior with redline tires. We traded a beautiful Electric Blue metallic 4 speed Go pack SC360 for the AMX, because at a car show, people would walk towards the SC360 then out of the corner of their eye see a red 307 Nova and head straight for the Nova.

Red certainly does attract attention....some unwanted. I must admit, some cars look absolutely fabulous in red, some, over the top. Your AMX must have been a beautiful car....I always had a thing for them. I think smaller cars look great in red. I did own a red MGA once.
