hey speedkills80,

I'll raise you another 1980 Chevy Malibu Classic. Here is mine and wait until you see the final transformation of it. She'll be done within the next month!

87Montecarlomrc, i cant tell ya how many inches to be exact, prob like 4 in. If you want my stance, call jegs, tell them you have an 84 monte carlo ss, alum headed sbc, factory non ac car, and order front trick springs, tell them you want about a 2 in lower stance (i needed the springs for launching too). Put in springs, and realize the car is almost 5 inches lower and my derale trans pan is like 2 inches from the ground hahahaha. Seriously, i wasnt looking to go that low, but it had a nasty prostreet stance to it. I guess they gave me the wrong trick springs, which i ordered the ones for my front end "weight" but they were obviously wrong.

Ok thanks man,

Here's mine. Honestly though, I got a feeling there needs to be some more structure for the GBOTM, or it will just turn into a big mess. But until then, i'll just add to it, lol.

I agree with jrm81bu,
you need to set a limit to how many pictures can be posted... there used to be a limit of two(2) per member. You can increase to three(3) or whatever, but without a limit, it'll be a mess. The members should specify what car they have, Make/Model/Year/etc... and maybe some short info about their spec's.

... and yes, while that rule goes in, I'm abusing it with as many photos as I can, ha ha

this is my 83 Grand Prix, spec's are in my signature

How about different themes for different months, that way you don't have a primer car(no offense, I loved mine in dark gray), going against a show paint job.... You know like work in progress month, street strip cars, resto mods, stock resto, originals, lowriders, big wheelers, 4 doors, wagons, elcos, etc... Just to throw a couple ideas out there, that may level they playing field a bit so everyone has a shot?
