Dang if that ain't the most perfect Bu I've ever seen :!:

Now that's how GM should have bulit them.

Was your theme to be basic and classic ? It sure works man.
The only thing I would change is the chrome vavle cover breather.Everything else is right on.That car is super nice 8)

Yeah my goal was to make it appear as if GM actually made it that way. I've had a ton of people ask me if it came that way too...kinda fun when they ask. And I know the chrome breather is out of place!!! :| Thanks for the compliment! 8)

I agree with jrm81bu,
you need to set a limit to how many pictures can be posted... there used to be a limit of two(2) per member. You can increase to three(3) or whatever, but without a limit, it'll be a mess. The members should specify what car they have, Make/Model/Year/etc... and maybe some short info about their spec's.

I'll vote for you if you promise to remove the brushguard!
hells no!
you're just jealous you didn't think of it first.
I'll vote for you if you put one on your's

wow blue! I remember your posts when you started on that project! I love the finished product, and how you chose to keep it simple and elegant! absolutley beautiful job!

Right now my vote is split between:

oldblue
speed kills
86 limited (I'm buick biased!)

I just love the simplicity in the look of the vehicle, without over-doing it... 8)

I'll agree with you there... These guys show us just how awesome our Gs can look in stock trim! Awesome rides!

Thanks alot guys. I am glad you like the finished project. I was trying to go for a simple and factory apearing look but also at the same time a high performance street machine. I used a blend of the stock trim and monte ss styling (wing and rims) to get that look. The stock nose looks greater than I thougt but I was tempted at first to go with the ss nose piece

Just an idea....We should have a category for each month....70's g bodies, 80's g bodies, turbo, supercharged, small block, big block, original, modified, prostreet, unfinished, wagons, 4 doors. Just list them and people can submit their cars according to the category of the month. Limit them to 3 pics. Those categories are just ideas. It would be easier to pick from a specific category rather then have someones 305 12K mile car against someones fully blown custom. I guess it would be similar to having classes in a car show. But we limit them to 12. 1 for each month. Just my 2 cents.

i think having categories is a good idea but maybe not so many because if your car only fits into one category you only have one chance out of twelve to win. i think maybe grouping the categories like Modified/prostreet, 4dr/wagon, turboed/supercharged. ect. thats what i think if you can only submit your car once or twice a year your chances of actually winning are slim to none.

ALSO: i think that next year if it is too late, the winners of gbody of the month should be featured on a calendar just for them and there picture would go with the month they won

yeah I agree with that too...there are a number of ways to do it. It's up to you guys how you want it to turn out!
