Bottoms rotted out? If they aren't too bad the Goodmark inner bottoms are really nice quality.

Doors r shot but picking up a set of GN doors on Sat down in Dirty Jersey..........

Frame was redone along with all the body mounts by the previous owner

So you're gonna be in the area to help Clutch put in his new cam and lifters on the square body project...
