Olds 350 heads question/opinion

Hey guys. Im looking at a 350 locally for 400. Casting is 554964 which i found to be a 79’ 350 5.7 and it has 3A head
Im considering a rebuild

Good? Bad? Indifferent?
Any feedback is appeciated

Idk about the casting number, but looking at that engine it does not appear to be a 78. This engine has an older than 78 qjet, is painted gold, has no return on fuel pump, has points distributor, and maybe a couple other things I haven't noticed.

You sure about the heads being 3A because the number you show isn't on the heads....

Youre right i made a mistake about the 3A heads numbering My bad
 
Well with all that info do you guys think this particular one is worth rebuilding? Or was there something about this year model that stands out? Can the points dist be changes to hei?
