Opinions on reproduction seat belts

I can't help myself...

The belts should lock up on deceleration. They shouldn't lock up by vigorous pulling. An easy way to test is find a pretty good decline, and lean into the belt while braking sharply...they should lock and keep you from moving further forward.

This is based on G body style belts, I can't say this would be true for all belts since (but should be functionally similar)
