Re: Out with the old, in with the new (rear end that is.....
Well guys we hit a speed bump and won't be able to even test out the new rear end today. We got everything installed and went to bleed the brakes but apparently the rear wheel cylinders on new rear end were seized up bcuz we couldn't get fluid to back brakes. I figured the pressure from me pumping brakes would open the cylinders but it never did so we decided to go buy new rear wheel cylinders and as we were leaving we noticed brake fluid in the front of the car so we looked to see why and I be damn if the pressure from pumping brakes tryin to bleed them didn't bust the front brake lines..... SMH
yea definitely, thats why I didnt even let it bother me, I know that if I ever replace another rear end I will replace the $6 rear wheel cylinders beforehand ;-) I already picked up the replacement parts, now I just need time to get them installed so I can test out my new rear end, hopefully I'll get the 200r4 Trans soon so I can get it put in as well, can't wait to see how much different my car is going to drive.
