Is anybody running a (stock style) over the axle exhaust with a anti-roll bar? Space becomes very limited. I'm sure we'll have to do something custom to accommodate this if possible. Pictures are much appreciated if you have this setup. I would prefer not to dump it before the axle if at all possible.

Note: The Coil spring perches have been removed since the picture was taken.

You gots plenty of room, run it under. 😛

In all seriousness, it's gonna take some creativity, and I assume you ain't running no 2.25" kink bent crap either.

Sorry to Hijack......hey Clarmo, what is that front air dam on your Malibu and do you have any better pics of it?

And as far as the exhaust issue, the OP has room where the original coil springs were to run a 3" pipe through. I bought a pair of off-the-shelf 3" tail pipes from Torque Tech Exhausts and adjusted them to work......used V-bands to make assembly easier.....sorry no pics at this stage....

When I did mocks ups for my 4" tailpipes in the video that pontiacgp so kindly posted I used flexible dryer duct I bought from Lowe's along with different bends and straights to not only see if it would fit but to use to know the angles I would need to order mandrel bends.
If this had not worked my next idea was to make a 4" merge into two separate 2-1/2" tailpipes per side to give me more routing options and have them kind of look like this but more hidden.

It's from an older S-10, 1987 ish. It wasn't a "bolt-on" part. I made a lower plate under the bumper to the front of the fenders to bolt it onto.

I do have lots of pics with the wheels on the ground too, LOL, but they don't show off the Air-Dam
