I have that rad on my 403 stays 210 and below, usually 170-195 weather dependent . I have had nothing but heating issues, all solved now. Make sure all the air dams are still in place, high flow water pump and a high flow 160 thermostat. Those after market fans suck from what I hear, just buy the rad. Get something like the Dodge Stratus 4cyl fans or the F body fans. I have the Stratus fans and they cool and fit well.
