Parking Brake Assembly

Hello!
Two years ago I got an '84 Caprice with a 305.
Fairly recently, when applying the parking brake, it didn't
lock down. I've been trying to find a replacement unit,
preferrably new, preferably ACDelco.
Does anyone know where I can find one?

P.S. I'm looking for the front bumper guard, any ideas
where I can find one
