I'm having it built when I get extra cash. I pick my motor up from the shop Monday. Tuesday replacing springs, tie rods, idle arms etc. I plan on either building the one I have with what pictured or buying one already built. The image Ive uploaded are of two I saw from a transmission shop. I would like the one with the stage 2.

I had an Oregon Performance Transmission converter implode at the track. My PATC converter has been good but this was the cheap one, rated at 350 hp. Contact PTC and ask for the same one as Dan Mascal uses converter. It is a 2800 stall that is tight on the street. Dan Mascal was GM tech for years and builds these transmission for his own high torque Olds and others as well. That stage 2 trans looks decent but if you are pushing past 400 ft/lbs a billet forward drum is a good idea.

Great stuff man, and thanks. I was told the motor easily 400 but close to 430. I won't know for sure until I get a dyno. I have a shop that's doing that for me once I pick it up. I will contact Dan when I get around to buying one. So much to do.
