Duplicolor makes a pretty good wheel paint. I have similar style wheels from a Pontiac Bonneville on my Olds Ciera, and that's what I used. You'll have to clean the wheels thoroughly before attempting to paint them.

Are the centers and lip clear-coated? If so you have to get that off. Rustoleum may work but the Dupli-color is a much better quality and will hold up better to weather & washing / cleaning, which is a BIG PITA with those mesh wheels, believe me.

Well finally got around to messing with these wheels.

I ended up plasti dipping them black. Now before you blast me the lips were in pretty rough shape and I got tired of trying to make them look good so I just said f**ck it.

I put the back wheels on the front and fronts on the back. I did this because the front wheels have a deeper lip than the rears. The wheels on the front needed spacers(5/16), because they were hitting on the steering linkage thing. The tires rub on the lower a arms at full turn though.

Overall I'm happy with the look.

Anyways here are some pics...

They look good! A little different looking with the outer rim blacked out. The Plasti-Dip is pretty durable stuff. I painted my battery tray with it, and have done the battery tray on another car a while back. They should do well on the wheels.
