anyone ever cut there stock springs?

Ok so i have a guestion. I have an 81 cutlass with a 455 and th350. I'm looking for a one inch drop. I will of course be doing shocks. will these springs lower my car more than an inch? if so how much?

From what the guy on the phone at Eibach told me its anywhere from .800" - 1.200".

I dont think you'll have any problems at all. Even with the 1" drop on my car, there is still plenty of room. Im running a 225-60-15 in the front with no rubbing issues.
