As you guys saw, I just got my RPM converted to SEFI. I couldn't really find anything searching online as far as plumbing the fuel lines. It looks like the line loops from side to side on the back. One in on the front, is the other return? I also had to relocate the heater nipple to the front. Heater hose would have been right against the line in the back. Also what are your thoughts using the Holley square bore throttle body? Is a square to spread bore adapter a good idea?

By SEFI, I assume you're indicating 8 injectors, one in each runner. It doesn't really matter where the return is, you can put it wherever it is convenient. Normally, one rail is attached to the other, and the regulator is at the end of one of the rails, and the supply is on the rail that isn't attached to regulator. It comes down to where you want to mount the regulator. What regulator are you using?

Using an adapter like you described isn't ideal with injectors in the runners - uneven air flow. It's not a big deal with a carb, but not with multiport FI.

Yeah, I will skip the the square to spreadbore adapter, Mark Remmel(Cutlassefi) says the Holley TB seals no problem on the Olds RPM intake, has a wider carb pad than the Performer. I will even order the specific Holley 1000 cfm base gasket which looks different than a regular Holley square bore carb base gasket. What do you suggest for a regulator? Yes, this intake has 8 injectors, pretty sure Mark got Wilson manifolds down there to do the modification for me. I asked him for injectors to 600 hp, just in case👹. I picked up four 8 AN nipples and 10 feet of the 1/2" braided line with various adapters for a good price on Amazon.

It's a 'sacrilege' LS but this will apply well for your setup.

3/8 hose going from tank to passenger rail, tee off passenger rail, one going in the rail, other going to drivers rail, on the back of the engine.

Front of engine, tee off passenger rail, return connecting from drivers rail to passenger tee, connect tee straight to FPR or use FPR as the tee itself and return back to tank.

Regulator should on the front of the engine and parallel flow through both rails. NHRA will ding you (if you have a tech inspector that cares) if the regulator is in the path of the flywheel. Also, having it in the front makes adjusting it easier.

You can kinda see the setup here what I did. I used the regulator itself as the tee. You could put the regulator on the drivers side and feed/return on the driver side, but I prefer passenger side as you have less steering shaft and brake stuff to get in the way.

Thanks. It is the first time using this style of hose and connections, seems pretty solid, probably until I pressurize it.
