Pontiac Special Edition LeMans?

You know a turbo 301 in a Lemans, Grand Am or Grand Prix could of been a nice "sport/performance" set up. I wonder on a "what if" if the hood would looked good like the Firbirds turbo hood, the Regal/Century or if it would of/could of been the same as the Monte. A Grand Am with that 301, an improved T50, 3.23 posi, F41 with GP bar, buckets with a console to work with the T50, full gauges...
I need to win the lottery.

Sad thing is back then that would of been one of the best options for "performance" in our cars.

I was told there was Aftermarket Turbos for these Buick 231s. I believe my V6 has one, But I took it off.

I'm from back then. They were a waste then. A 305 4 barrel carb ran better. Kinda why they had such a brief lifespan.

The turbo 301 was a total WASTE.

Why so? I never owned one or been around before. I like to be a different type of guy.
V8 not so much my thing unless small CID.

What is the Drivetrain along with production numbers?

Everything was stock. Canada exclusives. I think the GT was just a prototype. But some hot rod magazine recreated one.
