Thanks for the input fellas. I don't really want to get rid of the cutlass anyways but the wife wants me to get a 4 door. So I told her I would look and then found this. But I think I am just gonna hang on to the cutlass and maybe buy another ride at tax time.

Keep the Cutlass and put a posi- trac carrier in the diff and your ride should make it up a snow covered hill. That wagon looks beat, and your cutty is clean, probably gets better mileage with the 260, and will be worth more down the road.

Wow, the more look at the picture of the motor, the more I shudder. Is that a side terminal cable with a top terminal adapter? This wagon looks like a good project, if gotten cheaply, but I wouldn't put my Kids in it as is.
