Powder coat timing cover??

Do you think this would be OK to spray the inside/timing chain side of the cover with?

Or should I use an engine paint?

I've never painted the inside of a timing chain cover in my life. They get continuously splashed with oil and if you run the engine at least once a month you should never have any rust issues behind it. JMO.
