Window Turbo from Pro Race Engineering will fix your problem. It's plug N play.
Fixed mine and is easy peasy to installhttps://proraceeng.com/wt140-window-turbo/
I get that people don't want to spend the money on the Window Turbo and look for cheaper alternatives but it works great and anyone can install it in 10 minutes without having to pull off door panels and cut into your factory harness and rewire and add relays etc
It also will do a power sunroof when installed and can be transferred from one car to another.
Here is the video showing the difference it made on my 86' Regal.

OK just got the relays in today. Can I just tap into the power window wires instead of cutting them? Or does cutting between switch and relay a must?

You have to cut them. The polarity reverses in the wires. The switches no longer control the motors, they control the relays and the relays control the motors. Any direct link from the switches to the motors over the relays is a short, and potentially a fire.

OK I figured but what about the passenger side?

On the master switch I can do all 4 relays but what about when it splits to the passenger switch?

2 relays per door.

The relays are for the motors, not for the switches.

The relay pairs take the signal to the motors (positive or negative polarity) to actuate them, but switch power directly from the battery (also positive and negative polarity)
