what i would be interested in is clear turn lights for the euro front, the ones on the sides of the headlamps, i guess they never came with that but i think they would look good

Price will be affordable, no more $200.00 for a set of lights for the car.

I understand there's an ROI but that's more than what NOS ones go for.
Or does that price include other lights besides parking lights?

NOS prices are currently as such on eBay or when they pop up on discussion forums or Craigslist:
81-86 LH Headlight Bezel $40
81-86 RH Headlight Bezel $80
81/86 LH NOS Grille $100
81/86 RH NOS Grille $150
87-88 Side markers $100 each (realistically sell at $60-75 each)
81-88 NOS parking lights $75 ea (realistically sell at $40-50 each)

5 years ago you could get a set of 81-88 parking lights from discontinued GM stock (NOS) for $75 a pair, price went up to $125 a few years ago and is now at $150 and they just sit and never sell at that price... the ones that do sell go for about $100 a pair which is reasonable, same goes with the 87-88 side markers, the market is flooded with NOS ones and I don't understand why you guys are reproducing them, just like the front and rear side marker reflectors (nice used ones are abundant).

There's a few guys that have horded all the NOS stuff and one guy sells everything for rediculous prices, his price is $200 a set of bumper lights but they never sell and also he doesn't have all of them... I know a guy locally that has 40 sets of these, heck I have about 8... but would never sell them.

I am hoping you guys are going to sell these at $75 a set since there's still quite a bit of NOS ones out there and to make them affordable to the genre of Gbody enthusiests who don't have too much money to begin with.
The average age is 20-35 for these cars, usually guys between 35 and 55 have the money (like the 68-72 crowds) but they aren't as interested in these cars as the younger crowd is... and with the whole lost generation due to the last 5 years of sh*t economy and kids not being able to find a job after college the 20-25 year olds are basically screwed.
Gotta do the market research...

I know a few guys in their 50's that have hords of NOS Cutlass stuff, rare stuff too... they just aren't selling them because the market sucks and in another 10-15 years the guys these cars will be appealing to the 50 year olds who have disposable income (with kids being out of the house or college) just like the 68-72 stuff is currently doing.
That's when you let go of the NOS stuff and retire on it

Mike I don't think Toby meant $200 for a set of bumper marker lights. What he said "there will be no more raping of Olds guys for $200 on a set of lights".
Please re-read

Just think about 1 thing & I am a NOS hoarder as well. When we released the Bumper fillers for the Buick's, NOS units were selling for $1800 a set. Fronts alone were $350. Now 3 months later you can't give rears away for $1200. I saw a set of fronts sell for $200 shipped. Was it like that 3 months ago?

Mike,

My comment about $200.00 lights was saying that there will no longer be a stupid price attached to products that we need to fix our cars. I study pricing and trends as 20% of my career. The product will be priced correctly and affordable.

are the prices going to be what the market can bear or based on covering production and other overhead costs plus a reasonable mark-up for profit? I would assume at this point the retail price of the parts would be known.

We are close to knowing, but we want to factor shipping costs and packaging into the price so we will have a retail after they start shipping

Can you guys make Oldsmobile Mudflaps ?? haha I cant find a set anywhere for the life of me.

They look very nice!
But they look to be painted gray, was hoping to start seeing vacuum metalized parts 🙁

You guys going to remake any chrome plated plastic?
i.e. Tail light bezels, grilles, headlight bezels, side seat trim, door handle plates.

Vacuum metalized parts?
i.e. reverse lights, interior trim, dash emblem, parking lights (obviously no), T-top opera lights.

Corrected properly vacuum metalized turn signals installed. These actual units will be on display at SEMA with me next week along with quite a few other lights and items for our cars if anyone wants to stop by booth # 11009 North Hall.
