problem with a truck

Generally if the converter is going out you will get a smell of sulfur, kind of like rotten eggs. And most of the time they will glow bright red hot if they are really plugged up. I would lean more towards the trans, definitely check the fluid
 
I just thought of something. You could have crap in the tank and lines, and when the fuel pump sucks fuel after awhile, the pickup sock gets clogged, and causes a severe fuel starvation problem. So maybe it would run fine and then after the time taken to get it warmed up, all that sh*t collects at the pump pickup and drastically slows fuel flow. To check this you'd have to drop the tank, but I just thought I'd throw that idea out there. If you find out this is the problem, I'd definitely change the filter out too, as it may be clogged as well...

low and be hold the dam truck has 2 cats on it. removed one got put back together fingers crossed. the one cat looked like it was plugged. bunch of black chunks came out when we cut it off.
 
well problem is soulved thanks guys,still got one cat on the truck. this is what we found. this was in between both cats.
