Love the color!! Is that hotrod flatz paint?
Yes, it's hotrod flatz champagne gold metallic. I like the paint, it's durable.

Thanks for the comments fellas, not much new to report. My work schedule has had me out of state for the last few weeks. I did manage to get my exhaust done. Just bought alot of prebent tubing and welded it all together. I just installed it tonight, it fits really well. More pics to come.

Got some work in last night.
Put in my quarter glass, you are supposed to do this before the weatherstrip channel goes in. :blam: So I took a bunch of stuff out and then got it in. New seals and stripping is all in.

and down. I spaced the hangers down an inch to keep it away from the passenger floor pan, I think I will take those back out. It has over an inch of clearance while down.

Lookin good, all the little parts going back together definitely makes your color stand out better. 8) I,m actually thinkin about deleting my quarter windows whenever I shave the drip rails. Figure someone has to have done it by now, but can't find any pics of deleted quarter windows.

Any plans for a rear sway bar? Even a factory version will help stability.

I will find you a picture, I have seen it.

I actually just decided this week to run swaybars, and connect/brace the control arm mounts.Front and rear. And brace everything else I can think of. After looking at all the pro-touring cars, it seems like a good idea.

One of the best elkos so far!! Love the colors, keep the pics coming

Bought a ton of parts today, and was pretty pleased with myself. ( seat upholstery, quick ratio steering gear box and pump, head unit and speakers, some gauges, tailgate molding, etc.
Then my wife called me and told me she wrecked her car, "but it wasn't my fault". Awesome. Now I need to buy her a new car. And I just spent all my money. Oh well.

damn! sorry to hear that, but she was able to call, so hopefully that means she is 100% alright (not injured)... cars are replaceable... good insurance?

Wife is fine, she went back to work afterwards. Insurance is great, but I had to pay her $500 deductible today. And she's been browsing the web all day for NEW cars. :blam:

Everypage needs a pic!
