Been there , done that a few times with the wife's cars, or should I say the elco's made it through a few of the wifes replacement cars. The first was an 83 cutlass that I,d put rebuilt v-8, rebuilt trans myself etc. No more of that for her cars.
At least cars are rebuildable. I had to rub the wife's back a few times a day for over a year for one of her injuries, now she's addicted to that.

Bought the wife a car

Shes happy with it, but not with me,haha.

Ive had a rough couple weeks, havent gotten much done.

Heres some of the stuff im goofin with in my little spare time. Dash cap (might fiberglass and paint it)
Switch box between my seats, 7 switches.
Radio and gauge mounting, will all be mounted in aluminum.
Air gauges will be where upper vents used to be.
Bought new lower door panels, gonna make the uppers.

Mostly all interior stuff. Im going to do everything above the doors in suede, like in my A4.

I've never been into the audis and vws etc untill this year when I met a buddy who is a die hard VW guy. That car looks sleek and I like the lowering. I remeber you said it before but I can't recall if the audi is on bag or staic?

Audi is on coilovers, so up in the winter and down in the summa.
Yea, my seat upholstery came! I ordered it in white originally, but changed my mind. It looks so good and has great padding. Cant wait to stretch it over the seat. No headrest holes so it'll be clean.

My 2nd day off this month, I tried to get something done

Got the tops of my seats covered today. Feels so strong and good, makes me happy. 😀
