I'm surprised you can't find a rear sway bar down there. I have 3 but I really don't think you want to pay shipping from here to there. Keep looking, anything from Cutlass, Regal, Monte etc should fit.

Try eBay supreme center caps or Cragar supreme caps, also I can post a want add on layitlow.com for some center caps those rims are actually very popular with the low riding community.
Maybe craigslist also
As far as the bezels I would scrap them and look for a better set in the yard or on the forums.

It doesn't have to be from up north to have rust, Ive seen both completely rusted out G bodys not worth scrap to nice clean originals. The ones that don't come loose you will have to open up the floor, I use a hole saw, and remove the caged nut.
Your car still looks like a decent candidate to restore from the pictures.
