Yes the H.I.D.'s pull more juice. I've upgraded ground wires, and power wires. I could tell the difference instantly. The car would hesitate at first, but that was with extra mods to the 307, and running H.I.D.'s. So, you may want to consider this, if you haven't. I also upgraded the coil to the distributor.
