Punch press recommendation?

I'm looking into a cheap unit but have never owned one. I want to be able to change the punch and die on the press for specific shapes. Don't think I'll go over 1" holes at this time. I found this but don't see how punch and die functions. Any suggestions are welcome.

You can go from a to z on this one, hydraulic or manual. Start w/ Harbor Freight and go to Greenlee.
