I made a custom front frame rail brace and have the opportunity to get the other one that connects with the jounce bars. Do I really need it since I have the frame rail brace? If I did get it do you think it would make the front too stiff or would you go for it?

Is your custom brace connecting the frame rails at the bumper impact things?

If so, then I would just leave how it is, a second brace won't change the handling any more (I would'nt think).

Yea it connects the frame rails. I posted a picture awhile back of the one I made. Got the rear too but have to paint it.

To be honest, I would use both.

The d/s frame rail moves around abit when turning.

Also they are so lite.

On the bar you made, does it attach to the bumper shock mounting points?

How many screws/bolts hold it in?

Last, does it attach on more then 1 plane?
