If you have a 3 core copper one, ours will blow that out of the Atlantic 🙂
Research all threads on here and google, you'll see 2 big tubes in aluminum are far superior to 3 or even 4 rows of copper.
More capacity, more surface area, better heat transfer. Cooler numbers. We guarantee it with every purchase!

If you are driving and having trouble staying cool, that is a capacity issue most likely and you need to upgrade the radiator.

I have the dual fan setup from a Chrysler 300M in my car (controlled by a Volvo relay) and it clears my long-neck BBC just fine. I am running the Champion 4-core radiator. The bottom of the fan shroud tucks into the lip of the lower radiator support, then I merely tip it forward until it is flush against the core. Since I am running the Cutlass upper mounting plate, I simply made two little brackets that hold the fans in place. Easy, cheap, effective.

I've heard of this set up using the Volvo relay when I had a Chevy C1500 way back when. Do you have the wiring diagram you used to set this up with the Volvo relay? Did you use the BMW temp sensor that some have suggested or did you go another route?

No not at all and with there new design radiator the Cutlass top plates fit perfect

They make them in house too.

Made in USA is a plus too!!!

Perfect fit Thats way I bought another for the Olds!!

Kinda wish i saw this before I bought the Cold Case. $219+shipping for one with out the fans. The USA makes it better.

This is the setup we used on my wife’s race car, and we’ll be reusing it in her Malibu (street car). It consists of a Spectra Premium Radiators (CU570) and Derale High-Output Dual RAD Fan and Shroud Kit (16833). Everything you need, less a fan controller or switches.

I modified the provided hardware and bolted it directly to the upper and lower lip of the radiator (pictured). The radiator hold down plate covers the hardware up top for a nice clean install. $380 for everything.
