Either that water is very cold or those units have not been down there all that long, no apparent sign or buildup of marine growth. So who threw 'em away?

I've read there were 4 of them cars built for them two movies.

The pic above is from American Graffiti, Harrison Ford and Debralee Scott. Released 1 Aug 1973, almost 50 years old.

Bonnewagon, you happen to have any more shots of this motorcycle pulled chariot? This kind of racing was popular way way, back. Thinking the bike might be an Indian Scout or a 741 but the angle is bad and the motor mostly buried. The only clue is the front mounted generator which could be an Edison Splittsdorf or similar. The 101 Scout, 28-31, ran the front mount but the front end for them is 1/4 elliptic spring leafn ot what appears to be a single coil mounted in front of the frame neck. It is quite possible that someone hung an English front end on an Indian chassis; a lot of the competition bikes were bitsas to get the best power to weight ratio possible.

No, I don't even know where that came from. What caught my eye was the springer fork, the suicide shifter, and is that a knucklehead or earlier finned valve cover? And what's up with the rim-within-the-rim? An early disc brake?

Looks like a 1920s BSA 500 or 550 single. Front wheel looks like early 20s and the chain drive rear wheel looks like later 20s. Franken BSA.

It’s an underwater museum created by Jordan over the last few years in the Gulf of Aqaba, and it’s quite sizable. There’s Dusters, a couple of Feret armored cars, Scimitars, the tanks are Khalids, variants of the Chieftan. There’s even a C-130 and a L-1011 TriStar down there.
