Pre computer G bodies had a rare litter bin option for the passenger side kick panel.

Maybe not exactly a rare part, but possibly a rare combination- Was there ever a Regal that came without A/C from the factory?

Yep, not sure how many but like 15 years ago I pulled a non AC setup out of a 78-80 Regal in a junkyard. A local Turbo Regal guy bought it pretty quick, maybe since the Regal specific ductwork is harder to find(?).

Agree! The non AC cars are rare. As far as the SFI 3.8's , not sure if AC delete was an option, since AC was standard equipment....Anyone want to weigh in on this?

I always assumed it was part of the package, I've never seen a Turbo Regal without AC. Maybe in the earlier years they were mutually exclusive perhaps, or not.

This fall I also saw someone on a Facebook group parting out a 442 with manual windows/locks, a legit/original 442 not just one with 442 upper door panels 🙂. I think it was the first one I ever noticed like this, not sure how "rare" it might be, but started to think it might of been part of the package too since I never saw one without those options.

Interesting, I've never seen a factory non-ac Regal. I imagine that duct work as well as the little piece under the column are pretty difficult to find. I'm planning on a heat only box for my Regal and was curious if the parts even existed.

This car has some rare options-

A 1987 Limited Turbo is rare to begin with. But this one has the column shift console, interior opera lights, digital dash, T-Tops, Concert Sound and factory alarm. Not sure about the price but it's a pretty cool car.

Very nice except the turbo rims.... Looks like my old Limited.

Most non air parts are the same. The glove boxes controls and the vents are different between Makes. Seen them all have Chevy and olds. I know where a Pontiac and Buick are.
