You can pick up a shift plate that with work with your factory console and a b&m star or mega shifter. I'm running a b&m quicksilver shifter with very little modifications to that aftermarket shift plate. Warren (bumpin1ohm) is running the quicksilver shifter using his factory shift plate with a little modification as well
